LAST CALL FOR POSTERS

If you have NOT already done so, please notify (William Finney, w-finney@northwestern.edu) if you are planning to bring a poster to the conference ASAP. It is vital for us to provide the hotel with an accurate count of the posters, so they can plan appropriately.

DETAILS FOR POSTER PREPARATION

We have currently planned that poster presenters will have the opportunity to hang their posters in the hotel conference room during the reception on Monday evening (June 21). Should this change we will have this clearly posted at check-in.

The hotel has confirmed that they will provide poster boards that are 90 cm X 60 cm in size. Significantly larger posters, (e.g. 36 inch X 48 inch posters which are common in the US) will be accommodated by hanging them on the conference room walls.

We will provide pushpins and adhesive tack for participants to use to hang their posters.
