I am writing with a couple of updates before we all gather on Mykonos in about a week!

SOCIAL EVENTS

As announced earlier, Thursday morning is free talk sessions and two social events are offered to all participants and their guests: one includes a guided tour of Delos and a boat tour of beaches (65euros per person) and the other includes only the Delos tour (55euros per person). Descriptions are provided in the attached PDFs.

It is recommended that, if interested, you book either of the two upon hotel check-in (cash payment is required), during the Monday evening Welcome Reception, or at the latest on Tuesday before the lunch break.

GUEST TICKETS FOR RECEPTION & BANQUET

If you are *NOT* staying at the St.John Hotel and you have guests (family members or other) who will attend either the Monday Reception or the Wednesday Banquet you need to pay for them (note: your own participation is covered by your registration fee). To do so please use the hotel form at:

and FILL IN ONLY the NON-PARTICIPANT AND PAYMENT INFORMATION and fax to the hotel fax number.
