As preparations for our conference are approaching completion, I am writing with a few specific requests and questions; PLEASE READ AND RESPOND AS APPROPRIATE PROPTLY:

(1) SPEAKERS: Review your talk titles at:

If you would like to revise your title (or your abstract), please let Bill Finney know (w-finney@northwestern.edu) BY MAY 31.

Programs and abstract books will be printed after this date.

(2) NON-SPEAKERS: If you intend to bring a poster for presentation, please let Bill Finney know (w-finney@northwestern.edu) BY MAY 31.

Depending on the count of posters we will decide on any poster size restrictions.

(3) PARTICIPANTS *NOT* STAYING AT ST.JOHN HOTEL: If you have guests (family members or other) who will attend either the Monday Reception or the Wednesday Banquet you need to register and pay for them (note: your own participation is covered by your registration fee). To do so please use the hotel form at:

and FILL IN ONLY the NON-PARTICIPANT AND PAYMENT INFORMATION and fax to the hotel fax number.
